Meet at SHUHARI BIKE WORKS OKINAWA and pedal leisurely between Araha Beach and Sunset Beach — no swimming, just a peaceful coastal ride. The whole route is on a car-free seaside promenade, so there are no traffic lights and no cars to worry about.

Chatan's west coast is known for sunsets over the East China Sea. Ride in the clear morning light or wrapped in the evening glow, and take in the seaside atmosphere of Okinawa in just a short break from your trip.

Look for the guide in the light-blue uniform. They focus on safety and set the mood with music, creating a relaxed, chill time for you to ride.

Frequently asked questions

What happens on rainy days?

Tours are cancelled in bad weather (no rescheduling). We check the forecast for all sessions at noon the day before and notify you by email. If cancelled, a full refund is issued.

When and how do I pay?

After submitting the form, you'll receive a payment link by email shortly. The rate is ¥8,800 per person regardless of group size. Please complete payment within 24 hours to secure your spot.

What is the booking deadline?

Bookings must be submitted by noon (12:00 JST) the day before your ride.

Is the Sunset Ride available every day?

The Sunset Ride runs Monday–Thursday only. The Morning Ride runs every day.

Do I need to bring my own bicycle?

No — bicycles are provided. We prepare the right size based on the heights you enter at booking. If we don't have a perfect match, we'll contact you.

Can children or beginners join?

Absolutely! The route is entirely car-free and flat, and we ride at a relaxed pace.

Do we swim in the sea?

No. We ride along the seaside promenade and cycling path between two beaches.

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation if you contact us by 17:00 the day before your ride. Cancellations after 17:00, or with no notice, are charged in full, and payments are non-refundable on the same terms — unless we cancel the tour (e.g. bad weather), in which case you receive a full refund.
